Steve's Tips
 on IDC Preparation...
To get the very best from your PADI Instructor Development Course (PADI IDC) it is essential that you are up to speed with your own development.
The PADI Instructor Development Course (PADI IDC) is NOT the place to learn Divemaster Theory or how to demonstrate skills. It is too much to ask yourself to try to catch up your own development during a PADI Instructor Development Course (PADI IDC).
All too often, I am asked to teach this course AFTER a candidate has failed a PADI Instructor Exam (IE). Please don't put yourself through the anguish of failing a PADI Instructor Exam (IE) because you were not prepared. Remember “Fail to Prepare – Prepare to Fail”

Which Best Describes You ????

• Self starter
• Finds revision easy
• Has plenty of time to prepare
• Confident of passing exams
• Knows exactly what is required

• Don’t know where to start
• Prefers to be shown subjects
• Has a busy lifestyle
• Not at all confident with exams
• Not sure what has changed since DM

We can help you if you need us.....
We guarantee that after only 2 intensive days, you will be 100% prepared to attend a PADI Instructor Development Course (PADI IDC). The 2 day course will focus on the exact needs that you have and we won’t waste time on areas that are not required for the PADI IDC or PADI Instructors Exam.

The course looks at innovative ways of learning Physics (and all theory for that matter) that not only helps you to learn, but gives you tips on how you might teach those very subjects once you are an instructor.

We can also focus on skills in the pool. Not only do you need to be able to demonstrate skills, but you also need to be able to identify when a skill is being performed correctly or not.

The PADI IDC prep course will achieve this.

I would say that the main advantage of doing the IDC Prep Course is that you can leave the content up to me. You don’t need to decide on what you should or should not brush up on.

After just 2 days you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are as prepared as you can possibly be for your PADI Instructor Development Course.
