A Revolutionary Way to Learn Diving Physics

"I can't see the wood for the trees"

Diving Physics

The human brain often gets confused. It's a known fact that even the most intelligent of us can only hold up to seven pieces of information in our heads at one time. Less if the information is mixed such as words, numbers, calculations and theories, like it is with Physics.

So what is the secret? We probably know people around that can instantly recall all of the mumbo jumbo that a physics exam can ask. What is their secret? These people have learned little tricks to help them with each subject.

They probably don't realise it, but they have mental images, or subconscious connections that lead to the right answers. These people are not professors of mathematics, or highly academic students, they have simply put a few basic steps in place. And that's how I will teach you.

Start with the basics

Taking small steps, we will always make sure that the basics are in place before we start to apply them. One common mistake that a lot of instructors make is to jump to complex topics before underlying knowledge is in place. On this course you will be taking part in fun games and you will be shown really simple techniques to make sure that you fully understand every step.

Diving Physics

Is that all there is to it?

Diving Physics

You are about to embark on a Journey that cuts out all of the nonsense. Some people who have taken this course can be forgiven for feeling that they have been cheated. They feel that fundamental stuff that they had heard from others has not been included. You need to feel assured that everything is covered on this course. The only things that are left out are the tons of irrelevant rubbish that are often mentioned in futile efforts to get you to understand.

Relax and be enthusiastic

It's an old adage, that people learn best when they are having fun. During Steve's courses you have so much fun, you don't even know that you are learning. Remember that other people in the class may not find some of the issues as obvious as you do, so please relax and “humour” us with your patience while we go through the learning process. By taking small but very important steps, everyone is amazed that within a very short space of time they understand subjects with the ease that they could only dream of.

Who should take this course?

  • Do you have trouble understanding Diving Physics when you read it in books?
  • Is your lack of knowledge holding you back?
  • Are you worried about failing your diving exams?
  • Maybe you are already a qualified PADI OWSI who wants to teach PADI Divemasters but will not because you do not understand the subject of Physics well enough yourself?

Whether you are a PADI Divemaster in training, or already qualified as a PADI OWSI we have a solution for you. Platinum PADI Course Director Steve Prior has created a revolutionary course that makes learning physics easy. He will give you the confidence to pass the PADI physics exam at Divemaster, OWSI and PADI IDC Staff Instructor level.

Padi Instructor - Steve Prior

Steve's tips on learning Diving Physics

Keep it simple - As a full time educator and self-confessed anorak on the subject, Steve understands peoples learning styles. He will teach you diving physics in a very simple way, using language that you understand. Once Steve shows you the easy route, you will wonder why diving physics seemed so confusing before.

Unfortunately over the last 20 years, PADI Divemasters have been learning Physics in an unnecessarily over complicated format. Few people realise just how basic and how simple these concepts are. Indeed, the very fact that the subjects are deemed hard and complicated restricts the new learner to understand even very simple tasks.

"Hoorah! For the first time in my life physics is easy!! Whenever I do a course with Steve and Janet I am surprised how enthusiastic I become. I get re-charged every time! This time was to learn different techniques to understand physics. I would recommend this course to anyone, regardless of current level of qualification. Physics exams hold no fear for me anymore. Thanks Steve." Mel, Essex

"Who would of thought I would come home after a day of physics - wanting more !!! My fear of that nasty monster named 'Physics' has all gone.Physics is fun and dare I say, 'easy'. That may not be a sentence that most people would put together, but after a day with you and Jan that is just what Physics is, ' fun and easy'!! Thanks once again." Ruth, Essex

"The other day, I spent a couple of hours with an old friend – Steve Prior. (Old? – careful Gary !) He told me that he had found a way of teaching physics that was quick, easy and simple. Some chance I thought! However, after a couple of hours, I was astounded to find that at last I understood, and with the minimum of fuss. The thing that amazed me most was the simplicity of it all. For years I have had so many formulas buzzing around my head, but with Steve's method I answered a 20 question PADI theory exam in just a couple of minutes, only using the calculator to check what I already knew. Amazing!" Gary, Essex

"This is a fantastic, fantastic video! Thanks so much for sharing your work with us!" Jessica

"Dive physics made simple. If only everyone taught like this!!!" John
